WHO: Any Red Bull company, outside production company or freelancer working on a Red Bull project can use Pump Audio music (no additional fees required).

WHAT: RBMH is entitled to use Pump Audio music in connection with each and all media. This includes in particular but is not limited to online, mobile use, TV and radio, documentaries/documentary feature films, festival usage and any audiovisual devises, currently known or hereafter devised. Audiovisual DVD rights are included.

HOW: The Client Relations team is based in the United States and can get you set up with EZA Access to the music on the Soundtrack Tool within 24-48 hours. They just need a little information from you first.

Internal Red Bull Employees: Email music@gettyimages.com your Getty Images username. If you don't have a Getty Images username please register here and then send us your username.

Non-Red Bull Employees: Email music@gettyimages.com your Getty Images username and the name of the Red Bull project and your Red Bull contact. If you don't have a Getty Images username please register here and then email us your username, Red Bull project name and contact.

What is not included:
Pump Audio music may not be used in radio or television above-the-line advertising. The music may be used in below-the-line campaigns and events such as festivals (e.g. the RBMH Air Race World Championship) or any other events emphasizing the trademarks and/or products of RBMH and/or of the parent company or corporate affiliates. Such below-the-line advertising includes trailers, jingles, events, and interstitials.

Both the Pump Audio and Sony ATV-Spin City music catalogs are available for licensing under the Red Bull blanket deal. The Premium Playlist music collection is not covered but can be licensed separately for an additional fee.

Reporting usage:
All usage must to be reported using the Red Bull Cue Sheet Tool. You will need to Register for the cue sheet tool. Your Soundtrack Tool log in will not automatically allow you access to the cue sheet tool. When you create your user log in for the cue sheet tool you can use the same email address and password as you have for the Soundtrack Tool.

FAQ for Production Partners:

• Pump Audio is already integrated in the production agreement as part of "Red Bull Music"
• Music Cue Sheets can be automatically created via the edit list file generated by Final Cut or any other editing program at the Red Bull Cue Sheet Tool. For more information on creating cue sheets using the tool click here.
• Music Cue sheets must then be uploaded in the content pool as explained in the moving images workflow briefing.
• Company name, contact person and VAT number or local company tax code of each production partner needs to be provided, even though no charge will be applicable for the production partner

Each month Getty Images reviews downloaded files per account. Please note that abuse of password and misuse for non Red Bull connected productions can be tracked.
